Lap & Exercise Swim

Water Aerobics is one of the best low impact resistance exercises that you can do. Anyone can experience the benefits of water aerobics even if you can’t swim! In this shallow water workout you will march, jog, kick, and jump your way through the water to improve and maintain cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility.
Deep Aqua Fit
Prepare yourself for the ultimate no impact workout! We will use selected flotation devices for suspension in deep water and create a challenging aerobic interval workout using adaptations jogging, cross country skiing, bicycling, and kicking. Expect powerful moves and full range of motion to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility.
An upbeat, low-impact water aerobics class that will get your body moving through dancing! This shallow water exercise class will focus on improving your cardiovascular health by implementing both high-intensity and low-intensity movements.
This class is not solely for those suffering with Arthritis, it can be for anyone who has had recent surgery, joint replacement, suffers from fibromyalgia, or a number of other things. It is performed in our warm water Therapy Pool with exercises that will help to increase joint range of motion and reduce pain and stiffness.
H20 Circuit is a unique circuit program that incorporates both land and water elements. By alternating 30 seconds of high intensity land exercises and 25-50 yard swims across the pool – you push your stamina, endurance, and strength to a whole new level. Don’t forget to bring a towel, drinking water, goggles, and shoes (for the land exercises).
Saturday Family Fun Swim
Saturday Family Fun Swim is ONLY offered during Splash in the Boro’s off season (Oct – May). Come enjoy the covered and heated pools! The diving board is open or just splash around and play with friends and family!
“It’s just like riding a bike!”… Right? You bet! This super fun workout is like no other. Submerged bikes combined with pace intervals and energetic music gives your joints the ride of their dreams. This non-impact workout will strengthen your lower and upper body as well as your core.
