Aquatic Exercise
This is a way to stay physically fit all year round! Experience the amazing health benefits of lap swimming in our competition pool or doing water exercises in our therapy pool.
Adaptive Aquatics
We can alter our group or private swim lessons to meet the needs of your special needs child.
Shark Rec Swim League
Ages 6 & up can learn more about the sport of swimming in a friendly competitive environment!
Training Courses
We offer Lifeguard Training Courses, as well as, CPR/First Aid Courses!
